Name, e-mail and CPF or CNPJ (the Brazilian tax IDs), given by you when creating the account. The tax ID is needed to issue the certificate to the right holder and to meet tax obligations.

1. What data we handle
Essential cookies
In your browser we keep only what the site needs to work — session, language and theme — plus your answer to the consent banner and the reserves you mark as favorites. We use no advertising cookies.
Approximate location
Only if you accept it on the banner: we estimate your region from your IP address, to suggest the reserve closest to you. The IP is not stored, and declining takes no feature away from the site.
2. What we handle it for
Running your account
Authenticating your access, keeping your history on the platform and talking to you about what you have signed up for.
Issuing the certificate
The holder's name and tax ID appear on the issued certificate and on the matching record. An issued certificate is immutable: if something changes, a new one is issued and the previous one is marked as amended.
Meeting legal and tax obligations
Keeping the records Brazilian law requires, including tax and accounting records.
3. Who we share it with
Payment processor
Charges are handled by an external payment provider. Card details are entered in its environment and are not stored by Neutraza.
Independent audit
The independent auditor signs in to the platform's panel to audit reserves. Access is limited to what the audit requires — the reserve's documentation and data.
Authorities
Upon legal request or an order from a competent authority, strictly within what is required.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not hand it over for third-party advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Account data stays for as long as your account exists. Once the account is closed, we delete what we do not need to keep and retain only what the law requires — tax records and the data tied to certificates already issued, which by nature cannot be altered. Essential cookies and your answer to the banner live in your browser and can be cleared by you at any time.
5. Your rights (art. 18 of the LGPD)
You may exercise any of them at any time, free of charge.
Confirmation
Find out whether we handle any data about you.
Access
Get a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction
Correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Anonymisation or blocking
Ask for the anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or handled outside the law.
Portability
Take your data to another provider, under the terms set by the ANPD.
Deletion
Ask for the deletion of data handled on the basis of your consent, except what we must keep by legal obligation.
Withdrawing consent
Withdraw at any time the consent you gave — the approximate location, for instance — without losing access to the site.
6. How to exercise your rights
Write to the privacy channel, describing your request and giving the e-mail on your account. We reply within the deadline set by the LGPD.
