Your Atlas

Where do you stand in the forest?
You can support a reserve as a Holder, or register the area you care for as a Guardian. Choose your profile to see how it works.
Know which reserve receives your support
Before supporting, you can see where the area is, what it is like and who looks after it. After adoption, you keep following all of it.
With Neutraza, you choose the area you want to preserve and know exactly where it is. The map shows the reserve and, every quarter, you receive the image and the coverage report.
A reserve you can get to know and follow
You choose a Legal Reserve on the map and adopt as many hectares as you like. Each hectare is one FRU, with a unique number and you as its only holder. After that, you follow the area through satellite imagery and get to know who looks after it day to day.

Questions before adopting
- Is this a carbon credit?
- No. An FRU is neither a carbon credit nor a financial investment. By adopting, you support the conservation of one hectare of Legal Reserve and contribute to the person who looks after that area.
- How do I know the forest exists?
- Before a reserve enters the catalog, Neutraza checks the CAR, the area's boundaries and its vegetation cover by satellite. On your FRU's public page you see this data and the images with the date of each record.
- Can my company take part?
- Yes. Your company can adopt hectares in its sustainability actions and show customers the area it supports, with a certificate and a public page. Individuals can take part too, starting at one hectare.
- What if I want to cancel?
- On the monthly and yearly plans, you can cancel from your dashboard whenever you want, with no fee. You also have 7 days after purchase to withdraw and get your money back.
Adopt and follow the reserve you support.
Hold areas starting at just one hectare.
Your Legal Reserve earning income for you.
The law requires you to keep part of the farm under native vegetation: in the Legal Amazon, 80% in forest areas and 35% in the Cerrado; in the rest of the country, 20% (Brazilian Forest Code, art. 12).
In practice, you are the one who does the work: fencing, patrolling, fighting fires and keeping the CAR up to date. It is ongoing work that costs time and money and rarely gets the recognition it deserves.
How Neutraza can help you
You register your Legal Reserve and Neutraza reviews the documents, the area’s boundaries and the vegetation cover. Once approved, the hectares become available for individuals and companies to adopt. You receive the payouts set out in the contract and remain the owner of the land.

Questions before registering your reserve
- Does the land stay mine?
- Yes. Adoption does not transfer ownership of the land. You remain the owner and take on the preservation commitments set out in the contract.
- Do I need to change anything on the farm?
- Your production continues as usual on the working areas of the farm. On the registered reserve, you keep the forest standing and Neutraza follows the area by satellite.
- How much will I receive?
- The amount depends on how many hectares are adopted and on the plans chosen by the Holders. The payout rules are in the reserve contract. Through your dashboard, you follow the adoptions and what you have already received.
- Can my reserve take part?
- If the area has a CAR and preserved native vegetation, it can be assessed. Just enter the CAR number and upload the area map. Our team reviews everything and confirms whether the reserve can join.
