Independent audit

The documentary check on each reserve is carried out by an independent audit firm — an outside company. Here is its role, what it looks at, and what happens while an audit is still open.

The firm that checks is not the firm that offers

The independent audit firm is the platform's external auditor. It has no ownership ties to Neutraza: it is an independent company that checks the reserves with its own eyes. That separation — between who puts the reserve up and who checks it — is what gives the result its weight.

What the audit looks at

The check runs over the material the platform has already gathered — document, boundary and imagery, the three together.

Property documentation

The rural property's documents are checked one by one: the property exists, it is described as the offer says, and the Legal Reserve area appears in the paperwork.

Declared boundary and verified area

The boundary declared for the reserve is compared with the area actually verified. Any gap between the two is flagged — a reserve does not move on with a mismatch in area.

Consistency with satellite imagery

What the documents state is set against what satellite imagery shows for that same patch. Paperwork and image have to tell the same story.

What a pending audit means

Until the independent audit finishes the check, the reserve carries a pending audit — and the public page says so in plain words. Pending is neither approved nor rejected: it is a check still under way. The other two verification layers stay visible just the same, each with its own state.

Where the result shows up

The date and the result of each reserve's audit sit on the FRU's public page, which opens from the QR Code printed on the certificate. Anyone can look it up, with no account and no login.
