Care for a Legal Reserve and get paid for it.

You register your Legal Reserve, and Neutraza reviews the documents, the area’s boundaries and the vegetation cover. Once approved, the hectares become available for adoption by individuals and companies. You receive the payouts set out in the contract and remain the owner of the land.

Your Legal Reserve earning income for you.

The law requires part of your farm to be kept under native vegetation: in the Legal Amazon, 80% in forest areas and 35% in Cerrado areas; in the rest of the country, 20% (Brazilian Forest Code, art. 12).

In practice, you are the one who does the work: fencing, patrolling, fighting fires and keeping the CAR up to date. It is ongoing work that costs time and money and rarely gets the recognition it deserves.

How it works

    Sign up as a Guardian and send your details and documents.

  2. Register your reserve

    Enter the CAR number and upload the area map as KML or shapefile.

  3. We run the analysis

    Neutraza checks the registration, the area's boundaries and the vegetation cover through satellite imagery.

  4. Start receiving adoptions

    Once approved, your reserve is listed in the catalog. With each adoption, you receive a payout.

When you sign in, you see your reserve, how many hectares have been adopted, the payouts received this month and who is supporting the preservation of your area.

Questions before registering your reserve

Does the land stay mine?
Yes. Adoption does not transfer ownership of the land. You remain the owner and take on the preservation commitments set out in the contract.
Do I need to change anything on the farm?
Production continues on the areas set aside for it. On the registered reserve, you keep the vegetation preserved, and Neutraza follows the area through satellite imagery.
How much will I receive?
The amount depends on how many hectares are adopted and on the plans chosen by the Holders. The payout terms are set in the reserve contract. In your dashboard, you can follow the adoptions and the amounts received.
Can my reserve take part?
If the area is registered in the CAR and has preserved native vegetation, it can be assessed. Enter the CAR number and upload the area map. Our team runs the technical analysis and confirms whether the reserve can take part.
